Korean-style BBQ Chicken Legs

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 chicken legs, skin-on and bone-in
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine or mirin (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped (white and green parts)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
