Korean-style BBQ Chicken Legs
A family bake that's packed with sweet, savory, and spicy flavors.

- 4-6 chicken legs, skin-on and bone-in
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice wine or mirin (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, finely chopped (white and green parts)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
